Embodying the concept “Bondi Living”, residing within a buzzing context, the screen acts as a veil to its surrounds. It holds the ability to conceal its core or open and connect to the streetscape. Internally, the building has characteristics suitable to beachside living with weatherboard cladding, bagged brick, and bohemian upholstery.
