Collin Park Cadillac was driven by our client’s penchant for all things Mid Century Modern and a common interest in the Pool Art series by David Hockney.

The site opens onto Collin Park and our response was to open the front façade unapologetically to drink in the amazing and private view.

The rear of the home has a series of private courtyards defined by covered walkways, the centre piece of which is the ‘Hockney’ pool which visually connects the courtyards.

Catering to avid art collectors, the design pays homage to the modern era, aligning precisely with the clients' discerning taste. A living canvas where architecture and art converge, this home stands as a testament to contemporary living.
